  2. Detox: Drink lemon water, get rid of alcohol from your diet, stop eating junk food and sugary treats, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. This detoxification process will help boost your health and enable you to look radiant.
  3. Nutrients: Use topical nutrients such as grape seed extract. They can really rejuvenate and make your skin glow.
  4. Coconut oil and juice: Apply coconut oil and drink lots of juice. When you do both these together, you will rejuvenate yourself inside out.
