Have you started working out? Do you perform yoga in the studio or home? How about taking another step towards fitness and doing yoga outdoors? Oh yes, experts have mentioned a number of different reasons why you should consider yoga outside. Here are a few:

  1. Hot yoga is very popular. Why not go with natural heat? Doesn’t that make much more sense than an artificially heated studio, which may have terrible side-effects? It does.
  2. Practicing yoga outside is also liberating. Since the environment changes, your perspective may also change. You could end up doing something you thought you can’t.
  3. Yoga is meant to be practiced outside. That’s how it always was. There were no studios back then, were there?
  4. No competition. No inhibition. With so many people in the studio, you can easily get competitive, conscious, and more. You don’t have to worry about all that outside.
