Have you started working out? Do you perform yoga in the studio or home? How about taking another step towards fitness and doing yoga outdoors? Oh yes, experts have mentioned a number of different reasons why you should consider yoga outside. Here are a few:
- Hot yoga is very popular. Why not go with natural heat? Doesn’t that make much more sense than an artificially heated studio, which may have terrible side-effects? It does.
- Practicing yoga outside is also liberating. Since the environment changes, your perspective may also change. You could end up doing something you thought you can’t.
- Yoga is meant to be practiced outside. That’s how it always was. There were no studios back then, were there?
- No competition. No inhibition. With so many people in the studio, you can easily get competitive, conscious, and more. You don’t have to worry about all that outside.
