Mornings are usually cranky and we struggle to wake up! How about looking at ways to brighten up our mornings and actually enjoying them? Let’s see:

Prepare the following one night before:

  1. Fill your gas tank.
  2. Pack lunch already!
  3. Decide what your kids will wear the next day.

That morning:

  1. Set music as your alarm and not a sharp beep that will startle you.
  2. You could also think of waking up to light.
  3. Don’t step onto the floor – it will be cold! Wear your slippers.
  4. Wake up 5 minutes ahead of time and CUDDLE! Cuddle with your better half and with your kids.

After waking up:

  1. Go for a walk!
  2. Drink your coffee
  3. Eat dark chocolate as a part of your breakfast.

Go ahead and enjoy the beautiful day.
