Mornings are usually cranky and we struggle to wake up! How about looking at ways to brighten up our mornings and actually enjoying them? Let’s see:
Prepare the following one night before:
- Fill your gas tank.
- Pack lunch already!
- Decide what your kids will wear the next day.
- Set music as your alarm and not a sharp beep that will startle you.
- You could also think of waking up to light.
- Don’t step onto the floor – it will be cold! Wear your slippers.
- Wake up 5 minutes ahead of time and CUDDLE! Cuddle with your better half and with your kids.
After waking up:
- Go for a walk!
- Drink your coffee
- Eat dark chocolate as a part of your breakfast.
Go ahead and enjoy the beautiful day.
